I have worked with Chris over a number of years however most recently, I approached Chris to discuss a development need for a group of managers who were based in a variety of locations across the globe.
Chris ran a number of online 'Behavioural Skills' workshops that focussed on targeted improvement and support in a number of key topics over an 8 week period. The sessions were highly interactive and also placed emphasis on pre and post work, encouraging ownership for development, practical application and reflection.
Chris is highly skilled at asking great questions that really get the group thinking. He also facilitates discussions effectively, ensuring that all delegates are engaged and inspired. Chris invests time and energy in robust follow up and action plans to help deliver tangible results.
The feedback for the workshops was extremely positive. This was a very new a approach for a number of the delegates, who were initially sceptical about developing behavioural skills via this method of learning. This has now changed mindsets and I will definitely use this method and approach again.

I took part in a Behavioural Skills web series run by Chris. I would highly recommend this series for a number of reasons.
Firstly, the learning format. Having a scheduled 75 minute session each week surrounded by pre and post work allowed for flexibility and the chance to really embed the learning delivered in the online modules.
Next, the interactive nature of these webcam sessions allowed for much more engagement than standard conference calls.
Whilst this learning style was quite new to us, it is definitely something I would want to experience in future.
