As home and virtual working becomes more and more necessary, it is vital that everyone understand the role they play in team success. Team culture (the way things are done), can lead to habits that overly rely on written communication and unnecessary ways of working.
Social distance shouldn't reduce our feeling of social connection. Remote teams present a unique set of challenges, and also a unique set of opportunities. In this module we debate some common challenges and opportunities, with strategies on how to capatilise on the possibilities.
This module can be adapted for delivery to either a complete remote team, or leaders and managers of remote teams.
