Positive reframing & managing my Imposter Syndrome | My Mindset Stories [Weekly VLOG Episode 4]
As we ease into a new year and a new week back at work, the start of 2021 proves just as tough as last year, requiring lots of positive reframing and managing of my Imposter Syndrome!
This week on the vlog, lockdown continues to prove challenging for my mindset with more ups and downs.
Cancelled work means cancelled money (!) and it leads to a choice point in how I manage my mindset: let it get me down or use lots of positive reframing to change how I look at things.
In other news, I use my experiences from episode 1 to more effectively manage my Imposter Syndrome this time around.
