We've heard all the expressions: the only constant is change. This doesn't quite sum up just how disruptive and emotive it can be on individuals and teams.
When faced with change, the natural disposition is to ask ourselves 'how will this impact me?' Resulting responses can vary from denial, uncertainty and resistance, to mention a few.
During this module, we take time to reflect on the responses to change and how to manage these for more effective personal and professional results.
